We just wanted to say what are great resort you have and to thank your staff for being so nice to a couple of Virgin RV'ers from Tennessee. Richard was so helpful and getting us into the site and making us feel quite at home. We had just picked up our 40ft Monaco at Lazy Days RV in Tampa. So, this was our FIRST experience in an RV park/Resort. Yes, you have spoiled usWe were walking around the site after we got settled and met Ron and Sandy. They invited us to have a seat on their patio. It was Sunday evening around 8:00pm and they wanted to show us a few sites around PC. So we all jumped into their car and off we went the view the new shopping mall, we had dinner at Tootsie’s Orchids Lounge, I would have never know that a Nashville legend (Tootsie’s was in Panama City) if it hadn’t been for Ron and Sandy. Tell them THANKS again from Pat and Roy. Also, I met the lady that does your Landscaping. She stopped by Monday morning while I was out having a cup of coffee just to say hello, I didn’t get her name. The landscaping is beautiful. We had thoughts of returning to your resort this coming Labor day weekend but as you know there is no direct route from Nashville, TN to PC after you hit Montgomery, AL. So we are headed to Gatlinburg,TN (Smokies)for Labor Day. The RV park there is a dump compared to yours. We just wanted to take a minute of you time to let know our thoughts and to let you know what a great job your staff is doing. A GREAT bunch of folks.

The park is kept clean. Great friendly people in the park, not to mention the staff. It is just a great place to be. We were there the entire week and had a blast. After our first trip here 4 months ago, my wife and I enjoyed it so much that we planned our vacation for the 4th of July week at Emerald Coast RV Beach Resort. With the tropical plants, clean environment, close proximity to attractions we found it enjoyable. ( Canfield, Tallahassee, FL)
Conveniently located park and very well run!!! Landscaping very nice and well maintained! Clean spaces large and even near the ocean front and Zoo. I can see why this was voted #1 resort.
We go almost every weekend! We have been going to Emerald Coast RV Beach Resort almost every weekend since August 2006. We keep our trailer in storage there. My husband travels a lot and can not always go every time we want to go. If it were not for the great staff that pulls the trailer out and sets it up, we would not be able to go and enjoy our trailer as much. (Dianne 36340)<
Be back in the fall: my wife and 3 daughters and dog spent 4 days at Camp Wilderness, Disney before coming to Emerald Coast RV Beach Resort. We loved it so much we decided to stay an extra day.....wish we stayed all week in Panama City Beach.......be back in two months.
We can't wait to go back: I loved the animals in the zoo waking me up in the mornings...it is a great family RV park....close to everything....plus they let you bring your pets....it is a great resort for families....everyone needs to visit it that has an RV.
