Terms and Conditions:
Holiday Rates are in effect for the following weekends - Easter, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, and Labor Day. A 3-day minimum stay and $100 prepaid deposit is required on holiday weekends. We're sorry but there are NO REFUNDS.
We only accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
All prices are for 2 person occupancy and include 30/50 amp electrical service, water, sewer and daily trash removal from site. Extra people (age 5 & over) in party are charged at $3.50 per person, per night.
Premium 75 channel cable - $2.50 per night (Included in monthly rate)
WiFi is available for $4.00 per day, $12 per week, $20 per month

Deposit required on all reservations
Daily reservations must be pre-paid. Weekly reservations require a $75.00 deposit and monthly reservations require a $100.00 deposit.Holidays require a non-refundable $100.00 deposit.
Reservations of 6 months or more require first and last month's rent, plus security deposit. Cancellation requires 14-day notice prior to arrival on daily and weekly reservations or 45 days prior to arrival on monthly reservations. A $10.00 administrative fee applies to cancellations with sufficient notice; otherwise, total deposit is forfeited.
There is no charge to change reservation date if 24 hour notice is given
